Designed and fabricated in the USA, BillieBars makes the best pickup truck bed rack on the market today. Simply attach the four brackets to the factory tie-down rail or bed lip, fasten the cross bars, and you’re ready to load up!<\/p>\n

BillieBars are rated for 800lbs<\/strong> (360kg) of static weight, or 400lbs<\/strong> (180kg) dynamic (driving) weight*, making this the perfect platform for RTTs and other bulky items. If you park in a garage or underground lot, overhead clearance is crucial – that’s why the standard kit is available in 5.0″ or 8.0″ brackets, letting you dial in your setup to exactly the height you want.<\/p>\n

WHAT’S INCLUDED<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Qty 2 Cross Bars<\/strong> – 80 x 40mm (3.15 x 1.57″) 6560-T6 aluminum extrusion rails with t-slots on all sides. Compatible with M8, M6 or 1\/4-20 slot nuts (available separately<\/a>) and finished in an attractive and durable black anodized coating.<\/p>\n

Qty 4 Upright Brackets<\/strong> – 5.0″ or 8.0″ rise option, laser cut from high-strength steel and CNC bent for accuracy, with added support welded on to hold the cross bars. Uprights are finished in a high-strength matt black powder coating. The brackets are designed for compatibility with most tonneau covers and have universal fitment, attached with vehicle-specific hardware or universal clamps<\/p>\n

Qty 1 Hardware Kit –\u00a0<\/strong>High-strength stainless steel fasteners are used to secure your cross bars, utilizing Torx T40 security head (Torx key included) along with vehicle specific high-strength hardware. Simply remove the cross bar bolts to lift out and fully access your truck bed – no need to remove the brackets. Hardware included requires two 48″ Unistrut channels to be installed in to your bed.       Installation Note<\/h6>\n

      Due to the bed rail construction on the Honda Ridgeline and the lack of a compatible factory tie down rail, you will need to purchase and install two 48″ long pieces of Unistrut channel in 1-5\/8″ square profile (available at hardware\/industrial supply stores or online.) There are existing factory mounting holes to attach the Unistrut using new hardware (not provided.) Please contact support@billiebars.com for additional information or see the instruction photo for more details.<\/p>\n
