Thanks to the built-in stretchy section, ROK straps keep loads secure by placing them under constant tension, even through bounces or shifting. Designed in Australia over 25 years ago, ROK Straps are the are the Brainchild of engineer Gary McKay. During his university studies into eye injuries, Gary became aware of the utterly horrific number of serious eye injuries caused by worn or broken elasticated cords and bungie straps.<\/p>\n

Gary set out to design and manufacture safer straps using a new design of solid rubber shock-cord with a tight nylon outer braid. His innovative design has significantly less recoil if released under tension. ROK\u2122 Hooks are designed to eliminate bending, breaking and sharp edges.<\/p>\n
